Who makes Fight IQ?
Fight IQ is published by Pickem Predictions LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in St. Petersburg, Florida. You can reach us at hi@fightiq.gg.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile tab → gear icon (top right) → scroll to ACCOUNT → tap Delete Account → type DELETE → confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
I signed in with Google and lost access to that Google account. Can you help?
Yes. Email us from the email address associated with your Fight IQ account and we'll verify identity through other signals (display name, account age, recent picks) before doing a manual recovery.
Why didn't I get a pick-reminder notification?
Most common causes: iOS notification permissions are off (Settings → Fight IQ → Notifications), or "Results Are In" / "Pick Reminders" toggles are off inside the app (Profile → Settings → Notifications). Pick reminders fire locally from your device about 2 hours before picks lock for an event, so the device needs to be on.
What is the Bet Simulator?
A play-money game inside the Play tab. Every account gets a fictional $10,000 balance, plus $10,000 more each calendar month, to place simulated bets (singles or parlays) on upcoming fights. Bets settle from the real results, and the monthly Ladder ranks players by simulated profit. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases, and no prizes of any kind. The balance is a score, nothing more. Fight IQ takes no bets and is not a betting service.
Where do the odds come from?
Prices in the Bet Simulator are Fight IQ lines: numbers Fight IQ generates for the game from public market consensus, without any sportsbook's branding or prices. They stop moving when a card locks and are informational only. Never rely on a Fight IQ line to place a wager anywhere.
A line looks wrong or stale. What do I do?
If a price looks clearly wrong (impossible number, wrong fighter, suspended days early), email us with the event, the fight, and a screenshot and we'll investigate.
How does scoring work?
Each correct pick awards points (more for correct method, round, and underdog picks). Belt rank progresses with cumulative points. Check Profile → Performance for your accuracy breakdown.
Someone in my league is being abusive. What do I do?
Email us with the league name and a screenshot. We remove abusive accounts from the platform.
How do I change my email or username?
Username: Profile → Edit Profile. Email: email support@fightiq.app from the current address.
