Fight IQ Terms of Service

1. What Fight IQ is, and what it is not

Fight IQ lets you predict outcomes of professional MMA fights, compete in leagues, and track accuracy. The App awards in-app points and cosmetic rewards (badges, belt ranks, companion pets).

Fight IQ is not real-money gambling. There are no wagers of real currency, no entry fees, no prizes or payouts of real-world value, and no in-app purchases. Fight IQ does not accept or place bets, does not facilitate wagering, and does not provide betting advice.

The Bet Simulator. The Play tab contains a simulated betting game. Each account receives a fictional game balance (currently $10,000, with $10,000 more added each calendar month) and uses it to place simulated bets, including parlays, on real upcoming fights at "Fight IQ lines": prices generated by Fight IQ for the game. The balance is a score. It cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or redeemed for anything, and simulated bets settle from public fight results into a monthly profit leaderboard for bragging rights only. Fight IQ lines are not offers to wager and are not sportsbook prices. Odds and implied probabilities anywhere in the App may be delayed or inaccurate; nothing in the App is a prediction of profit or advice to gamble. You must be 18 or older to use the Bet Simulator. The monthly Ladder is a skill contest sponsored by Pickem Predictions LLC, with no purchase, no entry fee, and no prize. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, the Ladder or the Bet Simulator in any manner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13. If under 18 (or the local age of majority), a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. The App Store age rating reflects the App's simulated betting content, which involves no real money. If you choose to gamble anywhere outside the App, you are responsible for meeting your jurisdiction's legal gambling age (21+ in most U.S. states). Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.

3. Your account

• Keep your credentials secret. Notify support@fightiq.app if compromised.
• One account per person. No multi-accounting, sharing, or automated signups.
• Don't impersonate others in your username; don't post obscene, hateful, or trademark-infringing usernames.
• Delete your account any time: Profile → Settings → Delete Account, type DELETE, confirm. Permanent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing content; impersonate; exploit bugs or scripts; interfere with App operation or scrape data; use the App to recruit for real-money gambling.

5. User content

• You own what you create. You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit user content so the App can work.
• You're responsible for compliance. We may remove content that violates these Terms or law.

6. Leagues

League creators represent that the league is not a pool for real-money wagers, entry fees, or prize distributions, and that the name/avatar is non-infringing.

7. Intellectual property

The Fight IQ app, logo, UI, graphics, data aggregations, and software belong to us or our licensors. Fighter and event names referenced in the App belong to their respective rights holders; our use is editorial/informational.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that fight data, odds, or scoring will always be accurate or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fight IQ and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed $50 USD.

10. Termination

You can stop using the App any time; deleting your account is the cleanest path. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, commercial impracticability, or legal requirement. Survival clauses apply.

11. Changes

Material changes notified in-app; "Last updated" changes. Continued use = acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. EU/UK consumers retain mandatory local protections.

13. Apple EULA

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
